After their success at PoNTI'97 with C'est
Magnifique, Deschamps et Deschamps return to Oporto, this time with an adaptation of
Moliere's classic text, Les Précieuses Ridicules. In this, their first work
based on a text specifically written for the theatre, the actors in the company confirm
their untamed virtuosity, perfectly able to play the game of honest savagery as Moliere
would have wished.

original text, Deschamps give us almost musical variations, onomatopoeia and exclamation,
prolonging syllables and breaks in syntax whose aim is not to distract or divert the
spectator's attention from the original text but, on the contrary, to allow the spectator
to experience every resonance."
